2006 Victoria

As Baptist Housing began to streamline its involvement in housing, More Than A Roof was approached to 'adopt' two of their family housing communities.  Church Hill Estates located in Victoria was one of them.  This 28 unit town house complex for families seemed a good fit for MTR's portfolio.  Today, on site management 'do life' with the other families in the community.  

2009 saw the completion of a $3 million dollar building envelope rehabilitation project in partnership with BC Housing, RDH Engineering and Integrity Wall Systems.  Essentially Church Hill is a new community with upgraded exteriors and brand new playgrounds for the almost 85 children who call it home.  The year and a half long project provided much needed rain screen technology that contributes to safe, healthy homes for our tenants.
