More Than A Roof Housing's third downtown building will be Karis Place located on Seymour Street in the south end of Vancouver's downtown.  As with Kindred Place, Karis Place will follow stringent environmental guidelines during the development and construction phase of the project.  Following LEED design standards, everything from geothermal heating and cooling to energy efficient windows to surfaces that offer less off gassing - Karis Place will continue to offer the healthiest of environments for those who will call the community home.

In partnership with BC Housing and Vancouver Coastal Health, Karis Place will be an affordable housing community that offers thirty units designated for addiction recovery support with onsite support workers to aid these tenants with their goals.  A competent management team will be brought on board to serve the tenants in the areas of community development, administration and maintenance.
